Cheques and postal orders are also accepted. Please complete and print off the online order from and send with your cheque made payable to ‘Latin Dance Gifts’, to the following address: Latin Dance Gifts, PO Box 228, MORPETH, NE61 9BF. Items will not be sent until the cheque is cleared. (Usually 5 working days).

Ordering Items

You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website
You place the order for your products by clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button on the final page of our ordering process, which will take you to the PayPal website
You will be able to correct or change any details that you have entered up until the point that you click the ‘Buy Now’ button
If you entered a correct email address Latin Dance Gifts will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the item(s) that you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or an order acceptance.

Order acceptance will take place only upon despatch of the item(s) ordered, unless Latin Dance Gifts have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it with our terms & conditions.

Rejection of an order may be as a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Latin Dance Gifts inability to obtain your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error.

Delivery

Delivery is free to the UK mainland. Latin Dance Gifts aims to deliver your order within seven to ten working days, however no guarantees are given as to delivery dates or times. Latin Dance Gifts will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible if there is likely to be a delay.

Customers residing outside of UK mainland will incur charges for delivery. Please email before ordering to ascertain delivery charge.

Cancellation right

Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) regulations you are entitled to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. However customers must agree to return the items to Latin Dance Gifts upon cancellation.

If items are not returned Latin Dance Gifts reserves the right to charge for the recovery of the items.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch please email: enquiries@latindancegifts.co.uk as soon as possible.

Returns

To return or exchange an item you may do so within 14 days from the date of despatch. Please email to enquiries@latindancegifts.co.uk to inform Latin Dance Gifts of the items that you are returning.

If items are found to be faulty or not what you originally ordered Latin Dance Gifts will either send a replacement or will reimburse you in full.

If for any other reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it unused, in its original undamaged packaging to Latin Dance Gifts, PO Box 228, MORPETH, NE61 9BF. Latin Dance Gifts will not reimburse postage costs in this instance.

Please note that Latin Dance Gifts also reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item you return, or the packaging, is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
